Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 8. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation ion matter.

LITIGATION
The Mayor discussed the development of a new Real Estate Transfer Tax to
apply to any property in the Village that is removed from the Village's tax
rolls. He noted a higher rate should be applied to compensate all impacted
taxing bodies for the permanent loss of tax revenues.
The Village Attorney will research this issue and report back to the Board of
Trustees.
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
