Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 8. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

LAND ACQUISITION
The Mayor reported that the owner of Rodgers Industrial Park contacted the
Village about possibly deeding a pond area to the Village. This is within
the planned O'Hare Airport expansion area. The Mayor stated that the issue
will be discussed on July 23`d to consider this land acquisition under the
ICRC program. The possibility of deeding the land to the Elk Grove Park
District will be discussed.
