Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 18. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor discussed the distribution of a letter to each Village employee discussing the
economic future of the Village should it experience a significant loss of assessed
valuation from the expansion of O'Hare.
The Manager will run the letter past our Labor Attorney for approval.
The consensus of the Board was to approve this communication.
