Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 18. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Mayor reported that he received a proposal from Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit
to construct senior housing in cooperation with Alexian Brothers at Morrison&Elk
Grove Boulevard.
The Board discussed the concept and cited the numerous athletic activities, noise, and
lack of parking as concerns precluding senior housing. Lack of remaining open space in
the community was also discussed.
The consensus of the Board was to authorize the Mayor to express these concerns and
explore Village acquisition or a land swap for Village-owned property on Rohlwing
Road.
