PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 14 2�jhis Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter. A suit may be filed against Mayor Daley and Governor Ryan for illegally entering into an agreement without the tacit approval of the City Council and General Assembly, acting as the legislative body. The Mayor reported in activities of consultants assisting the S.O.C. communities in opposing the Daley/Ryan proposal and supporting the third airport in Peotone. The Mayor noted several airlines have privately expressed interest in the Peotone airport concept. Consultants are planning to address the Boards of the Villages of Elk Grove, Bensenville, and Park Ridge in the future. The Mayor requested that Board members provide information about their availability to assist in planning this meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
