Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 14,2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Attorney reported that Centerpoint Properties has submitted a purchase
contract for the Dierking Terrace property for$921,000. The offer includes Centerpoint's
agreement to assume all costs associated with improving the roadway. Centerpoint will
perform due diligence.
The Mayor noted that the proposed use would be a security training facility and the
Police Department may want to explore sharing use of the pistol range at this facility.
