Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 14 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

LITIGATION
The Mayor reported the Village Attorney may have a legal solution to the issue of alcohol
sales at the Park District golf course clubhouse. The Park District attempt to attain an
exemption from the State's prohibition of park district alcohol sales failed. The Village
Attorney will research the issue further and report back in the near future. The solution
will avoid any litigation between the Village and the Park District.
