scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 23. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litieation matter.

Litigation
The Mayor reported that Pate Philip and Henry Hyde will file a lawsuit against Governor
Ryan for his actions in proposing the Daley-Ryan O'Hare expansion plan. The governor
is circumventing the General Assembly and its legislative authority.
DuPage County may pledge several million dollars to litigation against O'Hare
expansion.
