scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 23. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Atttorney reported the Sister City Committee passed the new bylaws. The
Mayor stated the Board will need to discuss which Board members will serve on Sister
City at the next Village Board meeting.
