Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 23, 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Land Disposition matter.

LAND DISPOSITION
The Mayor reported that Centerpoint Properties submitted an offer for the Dierking
Terrace property in the amount of$921,000, plus all roadway improvement costs. Draper
&Kramer is also interested in submitting an offer. Both entities are aware of existing
soil conditions and will do due diligence.
The consensus of the Board was to authorize the Village Attorney to accept bids for the
sale of the property and negotiate a sales contract.
