Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 9. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Mayor updated the Board on discussions with the Park District about the future of
Channel 6 operations. The Park District has not funded this activity since January 1,
2002 and staff have met to explore options to maintain its operation. At this time, the
Park District has not confirmed its intentions regarding Channel 6.
In order to ensure the Park Board is fully informed on the issue, the Mayor directed the
Village Manager to have copies of a letter to the Park District President on this matter
hand delivered to each Park Board member.
