scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 9. 2002 this
Executive Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

The Board discussed the sale of alcohol from the snack shop at the Park District golf
course. An evaluation of the status of their liquor license will need to be completed in
order to ensure these sales are permitted.
The Mayor, as Liquor Commissioner, and Village Attorney will review state statutes and
the Village's liquor control ordinance to determine if the Park District can continue
alcohol sales at the golf course snack shop, and report their findings to the Village Board.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
