PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 12. 2002 this Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter. Number of pages attached: I Date(s) of review for release: December 2002 A/Date of approval for release: 2/12/02 6:25 p.m. Personnel The Mayor addressed issues raised by the Village Attorney related to Sister City incorporation and financial reporting questions. The organization has a number of procedures yet to complete in formally incorporating. The Mayor directed the Village Attorney to work with the organization's attorney to quickly complete these open items and to ensure the organization is complying with appropriate regulations. The Village Attorney will report progress at the Feb. 260' meeting. The Board discussed requiring periodic reviews by a CPA to ensure compliance. The Board also discussed the role of the Village in Sister City activities and their preference to not serve directly on the Board of Directors of any specific organizations. The meeting ended at 6:39 p.m.
