MacArthur, Fire Chief LIQUOR LICENSE-RINGSIDE BAR AND OTHERSIDE BAR The consensus of the Committee was to prorate the liquor license fee for the Otherside Bar . One-sixth ( 1/6) of the license fee would be due up front and the remainder of the fee would be due if the Otherside Bar remained open past August 1991 . DRAINAGE AT 550 BENNETT The consensus of the Committee was for the property owner to examine and undertake drainage alternatives at the owner' s expense. Staff is to inform the owner of the Village Board ' s direction and offer the services of the Engineering Department for possible solutions. ELK GROVE AUTOMATIC FIRE RESPONSE INTO SCHAUMBURG The consensus of the Committee was for Staff to prepare an agreement for automatic Fire Department response into Schaumburg. The agremeent will be presented to the Village Board for consideration at a later date. INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY DAMAGE The consensus of the Committee was to obtain an opinion from the Village Attorney on the enforceability of the proposed ordinance and to place the ordinance on the next Village Board Agenda. ELK GROVE VILLAGE MUGS The consensus of the Committee was to sell the mugs for $2 . 50 each. STREET LIGHTS - ELMHURST/TOUHY AND ARLINGTON HEIGHTS ROAD/HIGGINS The consensus of the Committee was for Staff to clarify whether IDOT would be responsible for replacing damaged poles, and to report the projected maintenance costs back to the Board. ELK GROVE DISTANCE CLASSIC The consensus of the Committee was for the village to fund and operate the program this year, and for the Park District to operate the program next year. ELGIN-O'HARE FENCE Consensus of the Committee was for Staff to continue negotiations with IDOT to have a solid wooden fence installed between the Elgin-O'Hare and Shenandoah Subdivision. ANIMAL KENNEL LICENSE The consensus of the Comittee was for Staff to draft an ordinance requiring a kennel license if the number of animals on a particular propety exceeds a yet-to-be-determined number. CTU PROJECT The consensus of the Committee was to submit as the highest priority project a full interchange at the Northwest Tollway and Arlington Heights Road, and as a second highest priority a full interchange at the Northwest Tollway and Elmhurst Road. mw c : President and Board of Trustees, Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Intern, Village Clerk, Village Attorney, All Department Heads
