Rummel , Administrative Assistant BARTLETT PRESENTATION ON LANDFILL The consensus of the Committee was not to have the Village of Bartlett give a presentation on the balefill project. BANQUET HALL SITES The Village Manager noted that a developer has approached the Village regarding sites along the I-290 corridor on which a banquet hall could be constructed. The consensus of the Committee was if a site requires rezoning, the developer should go the public hearing route before the Plan Commission for a determination whether the use is acceptable in the area under consideration. The Gullo properties at oakton/Higgins and Landmeier/Higgins were also noted as potential locations. TIERNEY LAWSUIT The Manager advised the Village Board that Schaumburg has filed its response to the lawsuit . The Village Attorney is developing a response, which will be filed shortly. EXECUTIVE SESSION Trustee Bosslet moved and Trustee Czarnik seconded a motion to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of discussing personnel and litigation. Upon voting, all AYES.
