RND FIRE RESISTANT STORAGE ROOM VARIATION
The consensus of the Committee was to deny
the variation but grant a stay of enforcement
until September 3 , 1991. On that date, RND must
be in compliance by removing the material, or
storing it in a completed fire-rated storage
room. The Village Attorney is to prepare a
letter notifying the petitioner of the Board 's
decision. Formal Board action will take place at
the forthcoming Village Board meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 p.m.
