Boffice, Director, Engineering/ Community Development BOOSTER CLUB ADVERTISEMENT The consensus of the Committee was to place a half-page advertisement in the Elk Grove High School Booster Club publication. CHANNEL 6 FINANCING The consensus of the Committee was for President Zettek, Trustee Petri , and Village Manager Willis to meet with Park District officials on July 22 at 7 : 30 p.m. ANNUAL PARADE - COMMUNITY GROUP President Zettek reported that the next meeting i= scheduled for July 18 at 7 : 30 p.m LIQUOR LICENSES FOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS President Zettek informed the Village Board that the Village Attorney is preparing a report on Village liquor licenses . The report will focus on ensuring that food service is the primary use with alcohol service being an accessory use. KUNAS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT The Village Board reviewed the proposed annexation agreement and Plan Commission Finding of Fact on the Kunas Farm Annexation. The consensus of the Committee was to recommend the following changes : 1 . If construction activity on the development exceeds the Village ' s noise requirements , then the owner must stop work immediately. 2 . That the Village Attorney review the "Freeze" language noted in paragraph 13, Section I , of the Agreement. 3 . That the dedication of the public right-of-way specifically state "at no cost to the Village" . 4 . That the 37 trees to be donated to the Village be planted on Village rights-of-way anywhere in the Village and not on County rights-of-way, as recommended by the Plan Commission. 5 . That the petitioner work with Staff to develop language for a traffic signal at the Nerge Road Main Entrance at some period after the Elgin-O 'Hare opens, subject to a traffic consultant' s finding that the intersection meets two or more traffic warrants . 6 . That the petitioner agree to provide intersection improvements at Nerge and Meacham two years after the Elgin-O'Hare opens to bring the intersection up to Service Level D. A consultant, agreeable to each party and paid for equally by each party, shall be selected. The consultant ' s findings shall be binding upon each party. The petitioner will provide a security instrument to ensure that the improvements are completed, a.id the petitioner will be responsible for the entire cost of the improvements . ELBETHEL CHURCH ANNEXATION The consensus of the Committee was to accept the annexation conditions, as recommended by Staff . In addition, it was the consensus of the Committee not to request that the Church annex the house at the end of Home Avenue.
