GARDEN CITY FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
The consensus of the Committee was to meet on
Tuesday, August 6 , at 7 p.m.
TREE BRANCHES OBSCURING TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
President Zettek reported that tree branches are
obscuring the traffic signal at the Northwest
intersection of Rohlwing and Biesterfield.
In addition, Trustee Chernick noted that a stop
sign is obscured by tree branches at the Northeast
intersection of Tonne and Elk Grove Boulevard.
Staff will pursue having the branches trimmed
that are obscuring the traffic control devices .

ROCK ' EM BILLIARDS, INC.
President Zettek reported that he received a
request from Rock ' em Billiards for a liquor
license. The consensus of the Committee was not to
issue a liquor license.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 p.m.
