Do not limit it to only biodegradable bags . - No need for the leaf and Christmas tree pick-up programs suggested by Garden City. - Solid Waste charges are reasonable. . . .please continue Eliminate the pass-through language for landfill and tax increases for both solid waste and yard waste. Substantiate the rates for recycling. - Yardwaste charge is too big of an increase and needs to be reduced significantly. Do not participate in the kraft bag program. Garden City should use the $4 ,500 to reflect a savings in rates . Toter rates are far too high. Want to know what prompted the increase since the rates would most likely eliminate the use of the toters . Garden City is to do the billing and maintain the current 3-month billing cycle. The $55/ton processing charge is too high. Garden City is to make a proposal which will keep the receipts in the black. F.O. B. should be the end user, not Garden City' s facility. - Franchise fee is negotiable.
