The work should be undertaken as recommended by the consultant; 2 . If landscape or other obstructions are located in an easement work area, the homeowners will be notified in advance, giving them sufficient time to remove any obstructions. Restoration will be limited to fence and sod replacement . 3 . Homeowners will be advised that any storms greater than the August 1990 flood would require the restoration of side yard swales. The Village will not perform that work, but would offer the services of Engineering for advice and consultation. 4 . Staff is to prepare a report estimating the total cost of the project including engineering design, as well as detailing a time frame for completing the project . The Director of Engineering and Community Development is to meet with the Village Board at 7 p.m. on October 8 to answer any additional questions. 5. The Village Board and staff will meet with the homeowners on Tuesday, October 15, at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the report .
