Garden City Franchise Agreement
Consensus is as follows :
- Keep the rate as proposed for solid waste in
the November 4 proposal ( $8 . 70/$9 . 48/$10 . 35)
and allow the use of cans for yard waste at
no additional charge (no loo surcharge) .
Recycling charges ( $3 . 45/$3 . 62/$3 . 80 ) are
acceptable.
Yard waste stickers are to remain at 500 per
sticker for the three ( 3) year term of the
agreement.

Request Garden City to provide a financial report
that delineates their costs to process
recyclables as well as the revenues received for
the recyclables .
The meeting was adjourned at 9 :40 p.m.
