HOLIDAY DECORATION CONTEST
President Zettek reported that the Jaycees will
begin judging on December 14 and will conclude on
December 23.
ZBA RESIGNATION
President Zettek reported that ZBA member David
B. Cook has resigned due to his retirement.
TOTAL RESOURCES MARKETING BINGO REQUEST
The consensus of the committee was to discuss
this item at a future date in concert with the
possible implementation of an amusement tax on bingo
games.
CURBSIDE COLLECTION OF CHARITABLE GOODS
The consensus of the committee .was for staff to
begin negotiations to implement the program.
GARDEN CITY FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
The consensus of the committee was to meet on
December 17 at 7 p.m. to discuss Garden City's latest
proposal and then meet with John Howe of Garden City
at 8 p.m.
DRAINAGE REPORTS
The Village Manager noted that the drainage
reports will be completed shortly. The consensus of
the committee was to meet on January 21 with impacted
residents to discuss the reports.
PARK DISTRICT OWNERSHIP OF WEST SIDE GARAGE
The consensus of the committee was for staff to
notify the Park District that the Village is
interested in repurchasing the Park District 's space.
The questions of price and roof repairs will be
discussed at a future date.
DU PAGE COUNTY STORMWAlER MANAGEMENT
The committee had no objection to the Village
Manager 's recommendation.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
