COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING

Executive Session
Trustee Tosto moved and Trustee Czarnik seconded
a motion to enter into Executive Session for the
purpose of discussing personnel and litigation.
Upon voting, all AYES.
The meeting recessed ijito executive session at
7:10 p.m.
The meeting reconvened at 9 p.m.
Traffic Signal at Devon and Ridge
Staff will contact the Cook County Highway
Department about the signal timing and the
actualization of left-turn arrows when no vehicles are
turning left.
Foreign Fire Insurance Tax
The consensus of the Committee was to offer to
contribute to Des Plaines litigation of the tax.
Fort Sheridan Resolution
The consensus of the Committee was for Staff to
place the resolution on the next Village Board Agenda.
The meeting was adjourned at 9 :30 p.m.
