RE-PURCHASE OF PARK DISTRICT GARAGE
The consensus of the Committee was to offer to re-purchase
the garage at the original cost minus the cost to repair the
roof.
REAL ESTATE SIGNS IN PARKWAYS
The consensus of the Committee was not to pursue allowing
realtors to place "For Sale" signs in parkways on weekends.
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT TONNE AND ELK GROVE BOULEVARD
The consensus of the Committee was not to install a
traffic signal, given the present traffic volumes.
NEW FIRE STATION
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at
a later date.
WATER AND SEWER RATE INCREASES
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at
the January 21 Committee of the Whole meeting.
PLAT FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE
The consensus of the Committee was to adopt the fee
schedule as recommended by Staff.
BUSINESS LICENSE FEES
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item at
a future date.
FOUNTAIN SQUARE PARK
The consensus of the Committee was not to discuss this
item until the Park District submits its report .
TOTAL RESOURCE MARKETING - BINGO REQUEST
Representatives will be meeting with the Village Board at
the January 28 Committee of the Whole meeting at 7 p.m.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT REINSPECTION FEE
The Assistant Village Manager reported that the Board of
Health is examining the issue for a future recommendation to
the Village Board.
TAXICAB ORDINANCE
The Village Attorney reported that a final draft is being
prepared for discussion with the Village Board.
PROPERTY TAX DELINQUENT PROPERTY
The consensus of the Committee was not to pursue this item
further.
JANUARY 21 , 1992 MEETING
The consensus of the Committee was to meet at 7 p.m. with
the residents regarding the drainage report and then to meet
at 8 p.m. for a Committee of the Whole meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 p.m.
