DRAINAGE REPORT
The consultants reviewed their recommendations
for improving the storm sewer systems on Clifford
Lane, Shadywood Lane, Kathleen Way, Volkamer Trail,
and David Lane.
The Village Board requested that the consultants
review the following:
1) Possible installation of a parallel sewer on
Shadywood Lane; and
2) Possible alternatives to the David Lane relief
sewer installation, including the placement of
the sewer under Rohlwing Road and David Lane.
In addition, if a fence is removed it will be
replaced in a manner which will not impede the
overland flow of water. As with Circle Bay and
Berkenshire, the Village will provide sufficient
notice to homeowners to remove obstacles in the
easement. The Village will restore the area to grade
and will plant seed or sod.
The meeting was adjourned at 11 :20 p.m.
