TOTAL RESOURCE MARKETING - BINGO REQUEST
William Shifka, President of Total Resources
Marketing, addressed the Committee. Shifka noted that
the Italian-American War Veterans, overseeing 14
separate posts, wants to use about 12 , 000 SF of space
at the Rohlwing Grove Shopping Center for bingo
games . There would be approximately 7 to 14 games per
week. Total Resources would provide its own
security. Each bingo game draws between 300 and 500
people and lasts about 5-1/2 hours .
The Consensus of the Committee was to take the
request under advisement.
MARTINGALE ROAD WEIGHT LIMITS
The Consensus of the Committee was not to post
weight limit signs .
JUDICIARY, PLANNING & ZONING COMMITTEE
The JPZ Committee called a meeting for Thursday,
February 13, 1992, at 7 : 30 p.m. to discuss Zoning
Performance Standards . An alternate date would be
February 12 .
The meeting was adjourned at 7 :50 p.m.
