PUBLIC PASSENGER VEHICLE ORDINANCE
The consensus of the Committee was to place this item in the JPZ
Committee. The JPZ Committee will discuss this item at its 2-13-92 meeting.
MARTINGALE ROAD WEIGHT LIMIT
The Assistant Village Manager reported that Schaumburg will be
considering a 12-ton weight limit on Martingale.
PLOWING SNOW FROM SIDEWALKS
President Zettek reported that the Village plows the sidewalk along
Arlington Heights Road from Brantwood to the Bridge and questioned whether
the Village should be doing so. This item will be discussed at a future date.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Petri moved and Trustee Gallitano seconded a motion to enter
into Executive Session to discuss litigation. Upon voting, all AYES. The
motion carried.
The Committee entered Executive Session at 7:40 p.m.
