RODE'S SHED LETTER
The consensus of the Committee was to waive the
Court Reporter charge and filing fees for Mr. Rode,
should he choose to appear before the Zoning Board of
Appeals. A letter will be sent to Rode informing him
of the Board 's decision.
TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS
The consensus of the Committee was to continue
with the present policy of using stop signs when
traffic control signals fail, as recommended by the
Chief of Police.

AUTO-THEFT TASK FORCE
The consensus of the Committee was to join the
program. An ordinance authorizing the permanent
position is to be placed on the next Agenda. The
position is to lapse through attrition if the program
ceases to be funded.
75TH ANNIVERSARY PARADE
The consensus of the Committee was to provide a
Police or Fire vehicle for the parade.
BOCA BUILDING CODES
The consensus of the Committee was to place an
ordinance on the next Agenda adopting the revised
building codes.
BENSENVILLE WASTE WATER AGREEMENT
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss
this item in Executive Session following the Board
meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 p.m.
