ALTERNATE DIRECTOR OF SWANCC
The consensus of the Committee was to appoint Gary E.
Parrin as an Alternate Director at the forthcoming Village
Board meeting.
HAMILTON PARTNERS LETTER OF CREDIT - CONSENT ADDENDUM
The consensus of the Committee was to allow a Letter of
Credit in the amount of $300,000 for phased construction of
the shopping center. This item is an addendum to the 7/28/92
Village Board Consent Agenda.
PARK DISTRICT FACILITIES
Village Staff will be meeting with Park District officials
to seek voluntary compliance for the installation of smoke and
heat detectors in Park District facilities .
NORTHWEST SUBURBAN AUTO TASK FORCE
The consensus of the Committee was to participate in the
Northwest Suburban Auto Task Force.
BURIAL OF OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL LINES - BIESTERFIELD ROAD
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this matter
at the 8/11/92 Committee of the Whole meeting.
INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY GROUP CONTRACT - CONSENT ADDENDUM
The consensus of the Committee was to concur with the
recommendations made by Director of Finance Hilda Ingebrigtsen
in a memo dated July 24, 1992 . This item is an addendum to
the 7/28/92 Consent Agenda.
YIELD SIGNS AT SYCAMORE AND ASPEN
The consensus of the Committee was to remove the Agenda
item from the 7/28/92 Agenda regarding the placement of Yield
signs at Sycamore and Aspen. Instead, warning signs will be
erected at this location.
JOHN F. KENNEDY BRIDGE GUARD RAIL
The Director of Engineering and Community Development will
be providing a report on the matter at a later date.
