Vazzano, ELK GROVE DAILY HERALD(7:15) BURIAL OF OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL LINES - BIESTERFIELD ROAD The consensus of the Committee was to have the Village pay 1008 of the Villages share ($245,000) of the cost to bury electrical lines from Beisner Road to the Biesterfield Fire Station (Phase One) of the Biesterfield Road project. Staff will work with Commonwealth Edison to prepare the necessary agreements. Cost estimates for Phase Two of the project to Arlington Heights Road have not been made available by Commonwealth Edison and will be discussed at a later date. PARK DISTRICT - Drainage Improvements at Udall Park The consensus of the Committee was as follows: - To lease the Park District land at the Rohlwing Road site and Well Site #1 for soccer fields due to the flood mitigation project at Udall Park. The leases will give the Village the right to terminate the lease with twelve (12) month notice to the Park District . No permanent structures are to be erected on the properties, and the Park District must provide screening for the home adjacent to the driveway at the well site. - To restore by sodding Udall Park and Johnson Park for immediate use by the Park District. PAIRMONT ESTATES PLAT OF SUBDIVISION The Chairman of the JPZ Committee reported that the JPZ Committee expressed concerns regarding: 1) Access onto West Glenn for lot 18; 2) adjoining Right-of-Way at the Christa cul-de-sac terminus with Biesterfield Road; and 3) the ownership and maintenance responsibility of the proposed evergreen trees planted in the parkway at the Christa cul-de-sac terminus. The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this item following the Village Board meeting.
