Vazzano, ELK GROVE DAILY HERALD OTHERS: Angelo Palumbo, Fairmont Group Tony Tantillo, Fairmont Group FAIRMONT ESTATES PLAT OF SUBDIVISION The consensus of the Committee was for the Fairmont Group to revise the Fairmont Estates proposal as follows: 1 . Flatten the northern most section of the Christa Court cul-de-sac on the Plat of Subdivision so as to adjoin Lots 10 and 11 between the Christa Right-of-Way and the Biesterfield Right-of-Way. 2. Require the developer to construct a contiguous fence along the Biesterfield side yards of Lots 18, 11 and 10 adjacent to Biesterfield Road. The fence would be placed on private property and maintained by the respective homeowners. 3. The developer will be required to seek several zoning variations to install the fence as discussed. . . .please continue in addition, Staff is to prepare a letter to the Plan Commission indicating the Village Board's recommendation to approve the plat with the previous changes. The Plan Commission will review the revised Plat of Subdivision at their 8119/92 meeting.
