JOHN F. KENNEDY BRIDGE GUARDRAIL
The consensus of the Committee was to have a black 112 Rail
Imperial" (Alternate #2) guardrail installed at the JFK Bridge.
BOOSTER CLUB
The consensus of the Committee was to advertise in the
Booster Club Activity Book at a cost of $90.00.
CASINO NIGHT
The consensus of the Committee was for the Village
Attorney to prepare a written report for the Village Board's
review at a later date.
CITIZEN COMMUNICATION CARDS
The consensus of the Committee was to purchase additional
citizen communication cards and mail them to residents.
ASSET SEIZURE FUND BUDGET
The consensus of the Committee was to concur with
recommendations in the Assistant Village Manager's memo dated
813192. This item will be on the 8125192 Agenda.
CAPITAL PROJECTS
The consensus of the Committee was to discuss this at the
8118192 committee meeting.
SMOKE AND HEAT DETECTORS - PARK DISTRICT FACILITIES
The village Manager reported that the Park District has
agreed to install additional smoke and heat detectors, as
recommended by Staff.
HALL OF FAME POOL HALL
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
1 . Separate the bar and pool hall to avoid the
congregation of minors in liquor serving
establishments.
2. Establish closing times for the business in
accordance with closing times set by the liquor
license. Have Staff amend the current ordinance to
reflect this practice.
3. Have the Village Attorney and Chief of Police meet
with the owner of the Hall of Fame Pool Hall to
discuss the consensus set forth by the Village Board.
The meeting was adjourned at 11 p.m.
