Russis, CHICAGO TRIBUNE(7:05 pm) S. Vazzano, DAILY HERALD REFUNDING OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND SERIES 1985 and 1989 The consensus of the Committee was as follows: - to refinance General Obligation Bonds series 1985 and 1989 and realize the savings up front in the amount of about $460,000. - adopt the proposed resolution authorizing the refunding at the Board meeting to follow. - discussion on how to apply the $460,000 will take place at a later date. DONATION FOR MALLARD CROSSING PUMP The consensus of the Committee was to accept a $3,330 cash donation from Hamilton Partners for the financing of a third pump to service the Mallard Crossing Lift Station. This will be a new business item at the upcoming Village Board meeting. LOW LEVEL WIND SHEAR ALERT SYSTEM-O'HARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT The consensus of the Committee was to waive the public hearing requirement and issue an Administrative Special Use Permit to the Federal Aviation Administration to allow a 90 foot high tower at 1901 Pratt Boulevard. HALL OF FAME POOL HALL The Village Attorney reported that they are still continuing negotiations with the Pool Hall owner. EXECUTIVE SESSION Trustee Bosslet moved and Trustee Petri seconded a motion to enter Executive Session to discuss personnel . Upon voting, all Ayes. The meeting entered executive session at 7:30 pm. The meeting reconvened as a Committee of the Whole at 7:55 pm. FAIRMONT ESTATES PLAT OF SUBDIVISION The consensus of the Committee was the following: - to have the Village Attorney prepare the necessary documents approving the Plat of Subdivision and two variations to the Municipal Code. - have staff advise the ZBA of the Village Board's involvement in the design of the Plat of Subdivision. The meeting adjourned at 8 pm. as c: President and Board of Trustees, Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager, Administrative Assistant, Village Clerk, Village Attorney, All Department Heads
