DATA PROCESSING OPERATIONS
The consensus of the Committee was as follows:
1 . Extend the contract with Integrated Technology
Group (ITG) for 30 days. This will be an item
under New Business at the forthcoming Village
Board meeting.
2 . Have Staff, in consultation with Trustee
Gallitano, review the proposed language of a
revised contract with ITG for performance
measures and warranty; and
3 . Increase the Finance Department ' s Budget by
$144 ,000 for professional data processing
services through April 30, 1993 . This will be
an item under New Business at the forthcoming
Village Board meeting.
4 . Have the Village Attorney review the DCI
contract and render an opinion on possible
course of action.
HALLOWEEN BULLETIN
Consensus of the Committee was to approve the mass
distribution of the Police Department 's Halloween Bulletin
at schools .
HALL OF FAME POOL HALL
The consensus of the Committee was :
1) Not to create and grant a special "DD" license,
as requested by the owner; and
2 ) To have Staff work with the owner to segregate
the alcohol serving from the billiards area.
Staff is to report back to the Village Board on
this item.
The meeting was adjourned at 7 :45 p.m.
