(7:12) Wendy Schulenberg, Weinbach & Associates (7:12) Don O'Hara, Barton-Aschman Associates(7:12) Joseph Blackman, Mid-America (7:12) Jeff Kuchman, Mid-America (7:12) EXECUTIVE SESSION Trustee Bosslet moved and Trustee Gallitano seconded a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss litigation. Upon Roll Call vote, 6 AYES: O NAYS; O ABSTAIN. The motion carried unanimously. The meeting entered Executive Session at 6:39 and reconvened at 7:12 p.m. SUPER KMART DEVELOPMENT Representatives from Kmart discussed issues relating to the proposed Super Kmart development. Dale Inman stated that the north, south and east side of the building will be constructed with all red brick. The back (west side) of the building will be constructed with a colored cinder block that will match the brick facade. Other issues discussed by the Board include installing curbs and landscaping versus painting the perimeter parking lot islands; hours of truck deliveries; and truck noise.
