WATERING RESTRICTIONS - MULTI-FAMILY UNITS
The consensus of the Board was to amend the watering
restrictions for Village on the Lake to allow them to use water
from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. , Monday through Friday. village on the

An ordinance amending the wat ring restri for village
on the Lake only will be included on--Z e t agenda.
TEEN NIGHT - ACAPULCO BAR
The consensus of the Committee was to decline the request of
the Acapulco Bar for Sunday Teen Nights due to closing-hour
curfew violations; age span (13-19) ; and security issues.
Staff will notify the Acapulco Bar of the Board's consensus.
AAA CAB ASSOCIATION - DISPATCHER'S LICENSE
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the request of
AAA Cab. An ordinance granting the dispatcher's license will be
placed on the next Village Board agenda. Staff will notify AAA
Cab of the Committee 's consensus.
DARE COVER LETTER - MASS MAILING
The consensus of the Committee was to approve the mass
mailing of the letter as submitted by the Chief of Police.
IN-HOME DAY CARE CENTER: 725 ARIZONA PASS
The Village Manager noted that the home was inspected again
on December 15. All of the violations have been corrected except
for the creation of a nutritional plan and an activity plan.
The consensus of the Committee was to hold a public meeting
on January 12, at 7 p.m. to discuss the possible reinstatement of
the in-home day care license.
Masque and Staff
The consensus of the Committee was to meet with Masque and
Staff at a future Committee Meeting to be determined at a later
date.
SUPER Kmart
The Committee viewed a 7-minute video prepared by Kmart which
was shown at the December 2 Plan Commission Meeting.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Trustee Bosslet moved and Trustee Czarnik seconded a motion
to enter into executive session to discuss litigation and
Personnel .
Upon voting, all AYES. The meeting entered Executive Session
at 8:00 p.m.
