Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 11-14-89 this Executive Session was called to consider a
Land Accruisitionatter.

LAND ACQUISITION
Members discussed the progress of the acquisition
of the Rohlwing Road farm park site from the Elk Grove
Park District, and the condition imposed on its transfer
to the Village.
In addition, Gallitano , Chernick and Willis were
named to meet with a committee of the Park District to
discuss the conditions imposed by the Village for the
transfer of the Windemere Park site to the Elk Grove
Park District.
The meeting adjourned at 11 : 10 p.m.
