Pursuant to a duly .made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 3-20-90 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Committee reviewed and discussed the initial wage and language proposal
submitted by the Fraternal Order of Police.
The consensus of the Committee was for staff to negotiate a seven step pay
plan with a starting salary of 527,000 and a top salary of no more than
$37,650. In addition, the wage agreement shall be for one year unless a
longer term wage settlement can be reached. Language items are not to be
negotiated at this time.
