Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meetino of the village President and Board of Trustees
on 7-10-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a
PERSONNEL matter.

The consensus of the Committee was to create an in-house
Economic Development staff position. That position would
report directly to the Village Manager.
In addition, it was the consensus of the Committee
to terminate the contract with INDAB International for
economic development services on July 31, 2990.
The meeting adjourned at 50:44 p.m.
