on 7-24-90 this Executive Session was called to consider a
Litigation , matter.

The consensus of the Board was to release the
Executive Session Minutes as submitted by the Village
Clerk .
Staff will prepare a resolution releasing the
Minutes and will place that resolution on the next
Village Board Agenda.
