Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a '
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 9-11-90 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
litigation matter.

Litigation
The Assistant Village Manager reported that the Northwest Municipal
Conference wants to know if Elk Grove is interested in joining with other
communities to negotiate a model franchise agreement with Commonwealth
Edison.
Consensus of the Board was to authorize up to $5,500 as the
Village's share for retaining a law firm and consultants.
The meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
