litiaation matter.

LITIGATION
The Village Attorney brought the Village Board
up-to-date on the SBL Lawsuit. The Village Attorney
noted that the Village ' s motion for Summary Judgment
was ruled upon in the Village ' s favor and that the
lawsuit was dismissed. The Village Attorney further
noted that SBL has three days remaining in which to
file an appeal.
