LITIGATION
The Village Manager reported that the WHERE
ELSE Lounge has filed an appeal with the
Illinois State Supreme Court regarding a lower
court ' s ruling allowing the Village to reduce
the hours of operation of businesses holding
liquor licenses .
The meeting was adjourned at 10 : 35 p.m.
