Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on August 27 , 1991 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
President Zettek reported that the Deputy Village
Clerk retired. The position is presently part-time;
however, the Village Manager is performing a study
to determine if the position should be full-time or part-time.
The consensus of the Committee was for the Village
Manager to have the report prepared for discussion at
the September 10 Committee meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 11 : 15 p.m.
