Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on 11-19-91 this Executive Session was called to consider a
Personnel matter. -

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager announced that he would retire
on his 25th anniversary, August 1, 1992, and, during the
interim, transfer his duties and responsibilities to the
Assistant Village Manager.
Members of the Board expressed appreciation for the
long lead time for the transition and wished the Manager a
long and satisfying retirement. -
The Assistant Village Manager and Administrative
Assistant were excused from the meeting at 9:40 p.m. to discuss
how to fill the forthcoming vacancy.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
