Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on N,gyemhPr 10 1992 this Executive Session was called to consider a
land arnuicitinn matter. .

The Village President reported that Tom Schriener has
offered to sell the Village land at $4 . 00 per square foot on the
southeast corner of Meacham and Biesterfield, as right-of-way for
future road improvements.
The consensus of the Village Board was to not accept the
offer made by Schriener.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
