Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a
regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees
on December 15 1992 , this Executive Session was called to consider a
personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village Manager indicated that Firefighter Roger A.
Ferguson has requested a 3-month extension to the 15-mile
residency requirement.
The consensus of the Board was to grant Firefighter Ferguson
a 3-month extension to the residency requirement until May 12,
1993. Failure to meet that deadline will result in immediate
dismissal . This request will be placed on the January 12 Village
Board Agenda.
