Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 08/25/98 this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

PERSONNEL
The Village President asked the Village Board if they were interested
in having a salary survey of local elected officials conducted. Upon
discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was to have the Village
President conduct a salary survey for review at a future date.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
