Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Village Manager informed the Village Board that the Village has
been named in a lawsuit related to the death of Kyle Villano. Villano was
killed in a car accident at Meacham and Biesterfield Roads in August of
1997. The Village Manager stated that the suit had been turned over to
Gallagher Bassett for assignment.
