Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly
scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on 07/28/98 this Executive
Session was called to consider a Litigation matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Board reviewed the draft press release regarding the
Chicago Bears interest in developing a stadium on the Alan Busse property.
Upon discussion, the consensus of the Village Board was as follows:
• to approve the draft press release language;
• to read the press release at the beginning of the 7/28/98 Village Board
meeting; and
• to answer questions of the audience and press following the reading of
the press release.
The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
